The staff were responsive and kindly moved me when I reported the problem in my first room. There was a strong, unpleasant smell there, and I found mouse droppings on the bed, which was unsettling. Unfortunately the move didn’t fix the hygiene issues. In the second room I came across a large cockroach. The hotel needs to seriously improve its cleanliness. I hope management deals with this promptly, and future guests may want to ask about these problems before booking.

The stay was okay, and the rooms were clean. The main thing in its favor is how close it is to the airport. There’s no restaurant, so you have to go out for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

I liked Hotel SINAR 3 SURABAYA. The room came with soap, sandals, towels, free bottled water and breakfast in a rice box. My favorite part was the coffee and tea maker. I was happy not to have to pay a deposit or leave my ktp(ID) with the hotel until checkout. I recommend it to others and will stay here again soon.

The free airport shuttle was a plus, and the bed was huge. We had two queen-size beds in the executive room. The hotel itself is very old, with yellowish lighting that felt more like a horror movie than a romantic setting. Breakfast was so-so: fried rice with egg, toast with only strawberry jam, coffee and tea. Everything was okay, but OLD :)

For Rp 300k, it’s still a decent hotel and the price is good. The room was perfectly clean and had nice hot water, but the shower flow was poor. It also didn’t look as nice as the pictures.
