I couldn't find a proper channel for complaints, so I want to share what happened. The A/C in my room wasn't working properly and it was extremely hot. There were also lots of mosquitoes, making it hard to rest. Trying to sleep while being bitten, but too hot to use a blanket, was miserable. At about 11:26 PM on 26 July 2025, I spoke to the receptionist on duty. They just said all rooms were full and made no effort to offer an alternative, even a portable fan or mosquito repellent. The reply was, “Bilik penuh, kak”, then the staff went back to their meal. That felt dismissive. I understand the hotel may have been fully occupied, but better customer service and planning for situations like this would help. Guests shouldn't be left in sauna-like heat without a basic option or any real concern. Please take this seriously, improve the rooms, and check their condition before guests check in so this doesn't happen again.

I found out only after arriving that they won't rent rooms to unmarried couples, even though I couldn't find that rule anywhere online. Also, despite being so close to an international airport, there's no way to arrange shuttle pickup with a non-Indonesian phone number. I wouldn't book here.

They should mention the marriage license requirement in the hotel rules. Who carries a marriage license around the world? Guests need to know in advance so they can bring the documents.

The aircraft landing noise is there, though it didn't bother me much. This is a decent, clean budget place if all you need is a rest near Juanda airport. I'd pick room 38 or 39, close to the parking lot and with a better shower room. There are plenty of reasonable places to eat nearby, plus a pharmacy.
