I paid in full for a booking through Agoda, but when I arrived with the confirmation, they refused to check me in and said the hotel didn't work with Agoda, Traveloka, or similar apps. If they don't accept those bookings, where did the money I paid through Agoda go? Since it was late and I was from out of town, I asked if I could stay that night. The guard wanted Rp 200,000 per night. Something felt off, so I left. Locals said this often happens to guests. Luckily, I found another hotel that night, My Studio Hotel Juanda, for Rp 115,000 per night, breakfast included.

The hotel listing is no longer active, but the fraudulent Agoda booking is still being passed along. If you're planning to stay here, it's not available anymore. Don't trust Agoda!

You may end up waiting around with no way to check in, and lose your money. This isn't a hotel, it's a boarding house with nobody on duty. The whole thing is unclear and feels like a scam. If you want to avoid being cheated, don't come here. Find somewhere with clearer arrangements 👎🏻

They sent me to a single room even though I booked a standard double, and it looked nothing like the photo. Check-in wasn't even at the address. This is just a boarding house, not a hotel.

They wouldn't let me check in. Be careful booking through OYO or Agoda, this place is a fake hotel.
