There are a lot of stairs, the restaurant wasn't open for all-day dining, and road noise carried on, especially in the daytime. Access from the main road is challenging too. Still, this small hotel has a lot of potential as a five-star place. The design and decor are great, as are the view, surroundings, and amenities. The room gets plenty of natural light and is a good size, and the pool size feels just right. There's a communal restaurant area, free parking, a valley view, and the iconic Wyah cafe is within walking distance.

The rooms are nicely designed, but they aren't well maintained and the cleaning feels very superficial. Although the property is relatively new, it's already starting to look run down from lack of upkeep. The management and owners seem inconsistent about pricing, so check carefully when booking to avoid paying more than the place is worth, which isn't much. It's on a hillside along the main route in and out of Keliki and the surrounding areas. Trucks, motorbikes, and cars go up and down all day and night, with lots of unnecessary honking. Don't expect peace and quiet.
