Pondok Nusa Indah Syariah by OYO Rooms

I’ve got kids, and this is a safe, family-friendly place for us. The boarding house is well equipped, with a spacious parking lot, kitchen, laundry area, and clothesline. You can choose a room with air conditioning or a fan, and my last room also had a TV. It’s available by the day or month. If I have another project in Surabaya or Sidoarjo, I’ll stay here again. Thanks so much!

Pondok Nusa Indah Syariah has affordable air-conditioned rooms, and the owners are friendly and respond quickly. Parking is spacious, comfortable, and feels safe.

The water was said to never go off, but it did. The room price also keeps changing, and the owner always asks for money up front. I was also told the boarding house owner borrowed 2.5 million rupiah and still hasn’t paid it back. This is the first boarding house I’ve stayed in where the map is always wrong. Please be careful. I hope nobody else becomes a victim.

I paid the boarding fee at the start of the month, but halfway through they asked me to move out. The owner and the person managing the place make me really nervous. I’m so stressed.
