Zester Hotel By ZIRI

The lobby had a nice fragrance, and the Wi-Fi was above average. That was the one bright spot in an otherwise disappointing night. There was noticeable dust on every lobby table. In the room, the chair barely felt safe, the smart TV had static, and there were a few blood stains on the sheet. The water from the flushing system wasn’t entirely clean, and the shower had no hot water. There was also a power outage during the night, from 6:50 pm until an unknown time. I was out then, so I don’t know how long it lasted. We had no AC remote and had to sleep at 16°C without being able to adjust it. The room felt very narrow. It was listed as 18m² in the Agoda ad, but seemed to be 15m², or maybe I was put in the wrong room type. There were no tea, coffee, or sugar amenities, which was still okay, and no restaurant, though that’s understandable for a new hotel. The Front Office staff weren’t as polite as I’d expect from a 3★ or higher hotel. I had to fill out the whole guest form instead of just signing and giving my phone number. I’d expected the staff to complete it while they had my ID card.
