Brits Resort Lovina Hotel

The thing we loved most was how warm, attentive, and helpful the staff were throughout our visit. We stayed two nights at Brist Resort Lovina, in a beautiful, relaxing setting that works well for a couples, friends, or family vacation. When we checked in around midnight, the staff welcomed us warmly. The next day, we went on the dolphin tour and were surprised when they thoughtfully prepared and delivered six sets of breakfast for everyone. There was a good variety, and it was really satisfying. The dolphin watching point is only five minutes away, and local shops and restaurants are about ten minutes away. We had a wonderful stay. Thanks for making our Lovina trip so memorable!

Before 8 pm, several dinner dishes were already unavailable, and the chicken burger I ordered came with beef instead. I was charged cocktail price for a mocktail, too. Worst hotel on Bali. Don't go here.

The pool was lovely and the food was good. Really nice place, with awesome service. I'd recommend it.

The grounds are breathtaking and the pool is absolutely beautiful, but the rest of our week-long stay fell apart so quickly that we left the next day. We had booked a deluxe garden-view room, but it was full of mosquitoes and other bugs. The shower drain overflowed, and the hand basin had no hot tap. Food and the menu were VERY poor. The bar had terrible-quality alcohol and hardly any drinks to choose from. Food and drinks were cash only, and service stopped at 8 pm. There's no transport into town, and nothing in Lovina is within walking distance. The staff seemed poorly trained and spoke little English. Cutlery was dropped and then put back on the table. And if you dine here, cats may fight under your feet. With some investment and new management, the place could be amazing, but our experience felt like something out of Ramsay's hotel nightmares.
