My Lovina

We booked three rooms in advance through Hotels.com, but after a long, exhausting travel day we arrived at 10:30 PM and were told the hotel had sold them to other guests. They gave us no warning, no apology and no help, just a cold “we’ll refund you” and left us to sort things out ourselves. We had elderly family members and young children with us, and arriving late at night to find we had nowhere to sleep was exactly what happened. The staff showed no responsibility or care. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. This was a total disregard for basic hospitality. Avoid this place at all costs.

We paid so little for a hotel this good. The room was roomy, with a huge bed, and the bathroom was a good size with a hot shower. The pool area was a nice place to relax, and everything was cleaned and looked after each day. It’s a quiet spot in the evening, but just a couple of minutes on foot from the beach, with shops, restaurants, and bars close by. The owner and staff were lovely and always ready to help. I’ll miss the sweet puppy too 😅. I’m definitely coming back every year. 10/10 👌

A complete disaster. They’d oversold the rooms, so my family ended up rushing around town in the middle of the night.
