The dogs were my main discomfort. There are three on the property, and they bark when people arrive or vehicles come in. It wasn’t too loud at night, but they could wake you from 8 AM, and they might bark when you leave your room. I’m afraid of dogs, so I didn’t feel comfortable. There were also issues in the unit: the kitchen was a bit dirty, a used dish sponge had been left there, and the bathroom mosquito net was broken, so lots of mosquitoes got into the room in the evening. The apartments are about five minutes from the main road, along a route through rice fields. The main beach entrance takes around 10-15 minutes to reach, though there’s a small alley almost opposite where the fields meet the main road that cuts the walk to the beach to about five minutes and avoids most street vendors. There’s a large, clean pool with sun loungers, and the rooms are spacious, equipped, and generally clean. At check-in, we got four towels, a 20-liter water bottle, and soap. The kitchen has utensils, a stove, and a refrigerator.

The owners were welcoming and attentive to what guests needed. The complex has a kitchen, sofa, balcony, pool, and a lovely garden. The holiday apartments are beautiful and well maintained, with traditional buildings in an authentic Balinese style. Inside, they’re spacious and bright, with large beds, art decorations, and a big bathroom mirror. Much recommended ☺️

I loved having a little terrace outside the well-equipped, roomy Studio. The pool and grounds feel like a little paradise, a great place to relax and unwind. The owner was lovely and helpful, and has rescued two sweet dogs and lots of cats. What a hidden gem in Lovina. We loved our stay and hope to come back.

We had a lovely weekend at the studio. Anggik was such a friendly, nice host. It’s a hidden gem, close to the main area but peaceful because it sits at the very end of one of the little streets.

We came to Buleleng for a Christmas party and needed somewhere to rest afterward, so I booked this place without expecting much. It turned out to be a villa with a pool, shared among what I think are 8 villas, which was fine with me. Our villa was surprisingly large, basically a whole apartment for just the two of us. The room, kitchen, and utensils were very clean, and there was hot water for bathing. I was lucky enough to have the pool to myself for the entire stay, what a blessing! Thank you, Ngurah Endrawan, for being so friendly and always helping us. We’ll definitely be back!
