ZEN Premium Lovina Damai Hill Side

I paid 494,000 rupiah a day and booked a week ahead, but the villa was a huge disappointment. Our group rented five rooms. My room had dust all over the walls and on the bed behind the headboard, and the glass by the door was broken, cloudy, and dusty. The bed table still had sticky glass marks. The mattress edge and the wood behind it were damaged. The bathroom was dirty, with lots of gecko droppings; there was no shower curtain, so water splashed everywhere and pooled under the sink. The towels were moldy, like the ones in the photo. The light switch was coming out of the wall, and some lights wouldn't turn on. I asked them to clean the spots I pointed out, but they only swept. The cleanliness was awful, as if nothing had been cleaned. The pool was being cleaned and couldn't be used, and there were rats in the kitchen. That was only my room. My friend's room had no working hot water, and when I complained, they said it was broken. Why hadn't they fixed it or told me before? There were so many things to be upset about. And why did they delete my photos? If I could give minus stars, I'd give minus minus minus.

It’s a stunning villa, even if it’s a little run down. Once you’re there, you forget about that.
