The late-night tour around Singkawang was especially helpful. We weren't sure about getting around, and the Front Office Manager, Mr. Supriyandi, kindly offered to take us out. He was patient and accommodating, and recommended and brought us to good places to eat and visit. He deserves a raise for that dedication. Our room had a different theme from the others, smelled lovely, and was cool and comfortable because the air-conditioning was already on when we arrived. The hotel was neat and clean, with a beautiful view and a Spanish vibe. Customer service was very friendly, attentive, and helpful. Five stars for the hotel and its service.

The quiet atmosphere and nice furniture made this a pleasant stay for me. The rooms are spacious, and you can pick from different themes. It's an instagrammable hotel, with plenty of spots for photos, even in the rooms. There's a playground too, so kids should be happy if you bring them along. My one complaint is the floor cleanliness. During my stay, it felt really dirty.

For 500,000 Rupiah, I expected more from breakfast. I stayed two nights, and everything was vegetarian. It wasn't delicious, and the cafe food was vegetarian too. Maybe the hotel owner is vegetarian. It wasn't to my taste. The room itself was okay.
