Swiss-Belinn Singkawang

Tara at the front desk dealt with the problem quickly and kept answering with a smile, even though I was very mad at the irresponsible guests. I'd booked a non-smoking room, but it smelled of cigarettes as soon as I went in. I realized the smoke was coming through the connecting door from the room next door, which should have been non-smoking too. I reported it, and Tara immediately warned the guest and moved me to a better room. I hope the GM gives Mr Tara some praise.

It's easy to walk to restaurants and the major shopping mall right next door, and the hotel is in the heart of the city. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff friendly, and the basic facilities were provided. A convenient choice if you want comfort close to city activities, whether you're here for work or leisure.

We keep choosing Swiss-Belinn Hotel whenever my family and I visit Singkawang City. The hotel is clean and comfortable, the location is strategic, and the staff treat us exceptionally well. On our latest stay, Mr. Roby helped me at check-in and always took care of my requests. My child was delighted to meet him and play with him, too. He's very friendly. From our room, the view of Singkawang stretched all the way to the seaside. Thank you, Swiss-Belinn and Mr. Roby, for taking such good care of my family and me.

I may have booked a superior room, which put me in tower two, a separate building within walking distance of the main one. The main building has the amenities, including the pool. Breakfast space and food variety in tower two were limited as well.
