The room and toilet could have been cleaner, and there wasn’t a trash bin in or near the restroom, so you’d have to keep rubbish in your pocket. They only provided two small bottles of water, even though the family room was offered for four adults. The single AC was a lesser-known brand and too weak for a four-adult room. It took hours to make the room comfortable. For what this family room costs, I could have found somewhere better if I’d had more time to look. I was in a hurry when I booked.

Poor quality, and the facilities were bad.

The staff didn’t smile from the start, wouldn’t properly look into my complaints, and never apologized. They only came by to eat for an hour, then left. The facilities were broken too. Don’t come here if you’re trying to get some rest.
