I arrived to check in after booking through the OYO app, only to be told the hotel had no partnership with OYO. I had to look for another place at the last minute. OYO should improve its service and stop letting down people with lower incomes.

Cimanuk Pavilion has closed and ended its Oyo contract, so it no longer responds to reservations made through the app. I was hoping to stay there, but luckily no payment had gone through yet.
