It’s such a shame because the building itself is beautiful, and the location is right in the middle of the city. But my room was awful. The bed was okay, while all the furniture was dusty and dirty. The bathroom was worse: the toilet seat looked about a hundred years old and was so gross I didn’t want to sit on it or even look at it. The floor was extremely dirty, and the trash bin looked like it had never been cleaned. I booked three nights but left after just one. I raised the problems when checking out and got no proper response. I hope management fixes things soon and pays more attention.

For an OYO room at around 210k, the value is affordable. The price depends on how far ahead you book, I mean several weeks in advance. Room 208 was spacious, had a balcony and a rice field view, and the place is well located, close to anywhere. A few drawbacks: no bath soap, only hand soap, and the bathroom smelled a bit off. Shower flow was very weak, there was no Wi-Fi, and there was no tissue in the room. They ask for a deposit, but it’s optional. I didn’t have cash, and they couldn’t take a credit or debit card, so they just held my ID card.

The Deluxe room was really spacious for the price, the bed was comfortable, and I had a balcony too. Such a lovely stay. 10/10, I’m booking Artha again next time.
