There are three bedrooms. One downstairs has air conditioning, an en suite bathroom, and a water heater. The kitchen has wet and dry areas connected to the dining room, plus there’s another bathroom downstairs, a living room, family room, side terrace, and front terrace. The back terrace has a fairly comfortable gazebo. The garage is long and wide enough for a long Elf. I’m not sure of the rental price, but I heard it isn’t expensive. There’s a pleasant guard post out front and a pretty good coffee shop next door. Overall, I liked the place. It’s in a housing complex, though Google Maps can guide you there.
The downstairs bedroom has air conditioning and an en suite bathroom with a water heater. There are two more bedrooms upstairs, though I didn’t go up because my knee was bothering me. The place also has two kinds of kitchen, one joined to the dining room, plus a living room, family room, side terrace, and a back terrace with a gazebo. There’s a guard post out front that’s comfortable for hanging out. A coffee shop is on the villa’s right, though I’m not usually into coffee shops unless I need one. The location is fairly tucked away, and the road in is narrow. Google Maps helped us get there. The terrace parking can fit a long Elf without it sticking out. Overall, it was good and had everything we needed.
There are three comfortable rooms, IndiHome Wi-Fi and TV service, and a fully equipped kitchen. The property is good overall, though it does have some shortcomings. It’s in a residential area with a fairly narrow entrance, but long-distance minibuses can get in, and parking is available on the terrace.
It’s comfortable, in a quiet neighborhood, and there’s a Warmindo (Indomie stall) next door. The town location is convenient too, about 700 meters from Jl. Kaliurang. The price is affordable for a place that can fit 10-15 people, but it’s poorly maintained: the kitchen door leading to the garage is broken, and the toilet has no flush, so you have to use a ladle to clean yourself. We were also bothered twice by prank doorbell rings. At 9:00 PM it went “Tingtong-Tingtong,” and we thought it was from a TV show. It rang the same way again at 12:00 AM, but we still couldn’t believe it. The next morning we found a doorbell outside the fence and tried pressing it ourselves. I hope management sorts this out soon so guests can feel comfortable. One more thing, the hut shown in the photo looked really interesting, but it’s damaged and unusable. It seems like it hasn’t been repaired in a long time. Tq.
It felt like home here. The place was very clean and comfortable, the caretaker was friendly, and the atmosphere was cool. The family room was comfortable and had a really large TV, plus Wi-Fi. It’s close to a burjo, so food is easy to find nearby. I recommend staying here if you’re going to Jogja.
