The front desk team really made the visit pleasant. They were friendly, smiling, and consistently professional. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a clean bathroom; the amenities were kept in a drawer under the sink. The AC cooled the room well, though it didn't switch on by itself when I inserted the power card, so I had to turn it on each time I came back. The TV was a regular one, which was fine with me. WiFi worked, but seemed capped at about 10Mbps per device. The room was mostly tidy, apart from some leftover powder on the desk from the previous guest. Breakfast and other food were okay, with the kind of fairly broad selection you'd expect at most hotels. I found the dining setup a little limiting, since most tables seated four rather than offering more options for two. Remember there's a deposit of IDR 50,000 at check-in. I didn't have cash, so they gave me one room key card instead of the usual two.

We liked the larger studio best, both for its layout and atmosphere. Staff were courteous and helpful, and check-in and check-out went smoothly. The deposit has to be paid in IDR cash, though other bills can be settled without cash. Our four-night stay included a good range of tasty, nutritious breakfast options. The location made it easy to explore the busy street on foot. Car parking is on an empty lot across a side street.
