The room was comfortable, and having a swimming pool was a nice bonus. The restaurant's food was beautifully presented and well cooked, the best we've had in Indonesia. This boutique hotel was made from an old match factory, and the lobby and restaurant interiors are beautifully designed. Highly recommended!

We'd hoped for a memorable New Year's Eve, but the stay was a real letdown. There wasn't even soap in the room, and none arrived after we asked. The phone didn't work, the parking area was messy and unwelcoming, and the Wi-Fi kept cutting out. Breakfast was also much simpler than the advertised photos suggested. We regret choosing this place for the occasion. Guests deserve better, and we sincerely hope the hotel gives service quality and professionalism more attention in the new year. We hope things improve. Thank you.

The hotel was more convenient than I expected, and the concept added a lot to the atmosphere. I was there with my family and noticed many foreigners staying too. The breakfast was simple but tasty, and with the hospitality and convenience, it felt worth the price.

The food was amazing, and the pool facilities were really good. It's also very quiet here. The staff were all lovely, and the cooking class is great value and a fun experience. They show you the local markets too, and the people running the class make sure you have a good time. We saw lots of reviews saying the air conditioning didn't work, but it does, it just needs to run for a while first. I'd highly recommend staying at Kokoon Hotel. Thanks to the staff!
