Those three 🤩 say it all, this place was better than I expected.

The weekday rate is pretty reasonable, around 300,000-380,000 IDR, and breakfast can be ordered there for 35,000-40,000 IDR per person. The menu changes each day. I stayed in room 302, in the Deluxe Double, which seems to be the only room type with a double bed. I found it through TikTok. This would suit a solo stay or a couple, but maybe not an older guest or someone who needs a lot of privacy. The bed frame creaks loudly with movement, sounds from outside carry into the room, and cooking smells from the pantry can drift in too. It does have adequate amenities, so for an affordable weekday staycation it can be worth checking out if those things don't bother you. Just don't expect anything other than a boarding-house kind of atmosphere. I happened to meet some Gen Z guests and felt like an old Gen Y 😂

Keenan Living's usual room prices start at 250,000-300,000 rupiah outside peak periods such as Christmas, New Year, and holidays. Online booking platforms, including Agod* and other apps, set their own prices and promotions, so Keenan Living doesn't control those offers. Please take care when booking across years. For example, someone booking in 2025 for April 2026 through Agod* or another app may see a price that's much lower than expected. If you book through an app, check the price with the admin on WhatsApp, especially if it's below the usual starting price, and confirm the room is still available rather than overbooked. There's no elevator, so getting to a third-floor room means taking the stairs. The place is newly opened and has unusual architecture, and the room was fairly clean, though some decorative glue had come loose and could use maintenance. The TV is large and has Netflix. There's a water dispenser outside the room, but I couldn't tell where to get glasses. The bathroom is partly open and connects directly to the floors above and below. If you sing in the shower, people in the room below may hear you.
