The building itself seemed good for the price, but my experience with the receptionist was frustrating. I tried to book in person, and he said it might cost less than on Traveloka. Then he came up with a new price much higher than Traveloka's, without a clear calculation, just naming a higher amount. I pointed out that Traveloka showed X, but he kept saying it wasn't updated and charged me more anyway. He didn't treat us like customers, and his replies felt a bit rude. Please improve the customer experience 🙏🏻

Cotton House Monjali is wonderfully comfortable, and the staff are really friendly. It's easy to reach because it's near the main street. I love this place and hope I can visit again someday. Thanks so much, Cotton House Monjali.

There’s a table and chair setup that works well for business trips, plus places to charge a laptop and phone. The room was tidy and compact, and the location puts you near UGM, BKN, and Jombor Bus Station, with Monjali right next door.
