We didn’t need to pay a deposit at check-in, which was a nice touch. The room had a balcony and useful amenities like a fridge and hairdryer, though it felt small for a Superior King Room. Bottled water wasn’t provided, but there was a refill jar and dispensers along every corridor. We also got a welcome drink, and room service offered food. Our room wasn’t ready at the scheduled check-in time, so we waited a little.

Breakfast was soooo good, with traditional gamelan music in the background 😍🫰🏽 The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. The room felt cozy, the facilities were good, and getting around from the location was convenient. A pleasant stay for the price.

The gym and the cleanliness were great, and everything else I experienced was excellent. The staff were so friendly. Andrew, Clara, Gading, and the others whose names I can’t remember, you were amazing. Service beyond five stars.

Crystal Lotus is a beautiful hotel, and the staff made us feel very welcome and helped us throughout our stay. Mr Gading took especially good care of me and my family. Thanks as well to Mr melky at the front bar for such excellent service.

Only the security guard was friendly. The rest of the staff were so unfriendly that I’m done staying here. The service was absolutely rotten.
