The beachside location gave us a beautiful view and made it easy to go to the beach whenever we wanted. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean. They quickly removed the cockroach I saw in the bathroom doorway when I arrived, which startled me since I’d never seen one in a hotel before. I stayed overnight for a work gathering. The old building has many leaks in the central area, and my room had mold and cracks on the walls. Swimming was uncomfortable because the pool water made our eyes sting. Without the helpful staff, I’d have rated the stay one star, especially because of the pool water. The hotel needs maintenance and other improvements. It’s really sad to see the building in this state.

Wayan, who handles the service, was incredibly helpful and professional, and the woman at reception knows exactly how to look after guests. The staff were the best part of a wonderful stay. I’d stay here every time I’m in Candidasa. The price matched the quality perfectly. It’s right on the beach, with big clean rooms, a bathtub, and everything I needed: a kettle, wifi, AC, tea, coffee and a work area. The grounds are amazing, with a pool and a mini terrace. Having breakfast on the beach was amazing too 🙏⛱️

So calm and quiet here. The room was comfortable, and the view looks straight out to the beach. You can enjoy the sea breeze and watch the traditional fishermen. The staff are friendly. I’ll definitely come back on my next trip.

This hotel has a homey feel, like being at home. We spent a week here with our geology team, and the price was good for the service. The rooms were big enough, clean, and so were the toilets. The shower had a bathtub and hot and cold water. Staff treated us well, and the hospitality was okay. A simple breakfast was included. You could choose a sandwich, fried rice or fried noodles, with free tea and coffee at breakfast time. Recommended.
