There's parking for both cars and motorbikes, so that was no concern. The place is comfortable and nice to stay in. It's a little tucked away, but the directions are clear and made it easy to find. I'll come back, thank you.

The housekeeper provided very good service, and the area was quiet enough to sleep well. Parking fits around 2-4 cars along with motorcycles. The guest house rents rooms by the day or month to the public and students. It's behind Sanata Dharma University Campus 1 and 2, with food stalls nearby. Prices are affordable, and the rooms come with a refrigerator, cupboard, and small outdoor balcony. They also smelled nice from the fragrance used. In the rooms I booked, though, the bed cover needed changing, and the walls had many cigarette burn marks. There were lots of ants and some other insects, so insect repellent would help. The washbasin holder looked like it might fall, possibly because its metal support was damaged.

A good affordable option for a longer stay in Yk. The room was good and clean enough, and the parking area is large. It's in a strategic spot, so you can walk to a nearby minimart, resto, or coffeeshop.

Everything was clean and well maintained, and the parking area was quite spacious. The room even came with a fridge. Well done!
