The staff were supportive and informative, and helped me cancel and reschedule my booking even though I’d made it through a third party platform. Awesome hotel. I’ll stay here again when I visit Yogya.

A beautiful, quiet hotel with a great breakfast and a lovely room. The room smelled of cigarette smoke, though, so we had to switch. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.

The security team impressed me with how alert and coordinated they were. Even on crowded nights, a guard led us from the gate to the nearest available parking space and helped us park, so we never had to search around. I also saw quick teamwork when my husband’s glasses fell into a rainwater drain the day before checkout. Security guards came right away, including Mr. Laswi and another man whose name I didn’t catch, along with Front Office Manager Ms. Sonia. The water was too deep to reach by hand, so the Engineering Team joined in. Mr. Punto, Mr. Bambang, Mr. Endra, Mr. Deddy, and Mr. Pras helped retrieve the glasses. I’m grateful for their thoughtfulness. The service team also dealt promptly with a low-pressure shower. During breakfast, someone from PR asked for feedback, and after I mentioned the problem, maintenance came within a few hours as promised. Engineering and House Keeping fixed the pressure in under 15 minutes, while I was in the room. Mrs. Laras from PR and Front Office also gave us complimentary afternoon tea, which was delicious and nicely presented. These gestures left a kind impression on my family. Food was another highlight of my eight-day stay at Grand Keisha. I usually just get two poached eggs, but the buffet had so many options each day, especially local dishes I like, that I kept making a full meal of it. Everything was good, and I never got bored. The restaurant team cleared dirty plates quickly and cleaned spills at the buffet almost straight away. I also got complimentary oxtail soup on my last day, and the hostess, Ms. Luluk, greeted me by name so warmly. This wasn’t my first time choosing Grand Keisha in Yogyakarta, but this visit was special. My eight-day trip came up suddenly, so I contacted reservations just a day before arriving. They replied promptly with a very affordable rate for a week-long stay. I think a hotel guests will miss is one that listens, acts quickly, and pays attention to details. Grand Keisha does that sincerely. Thank you for an enjoyable stay. I hope to return soon.

The queen room was 500k and felt worth it, with a huge bed, lots of space, and a really big bathroom. The lobby and pool were great too. The food was basic, but I loved the popcorn and frozen yogurt. Grand Keisha was a great hotel, definitely worth visiting. Loved it, 5/5.
