No breakfast here, unfortunately. Otherwise it's set up well for a three-star-rated stay, with a heater, water dispenser, microwave for cooking, and a balcony to relax on.

The rooms felt comfortable, and the service was great. Staff were friendly too.

For a daily stay, the rooms themselves are nice, new, and well designed. But I don't really understand who the target is for daily guests, since it's not near a hospital, business center, or tourist spots. The daily rate is also fairly high, 300rb - 400rb. I came with my wife to check the place out and asked about renting by the month. At first, one person said monthly rentals weren't available, while another said they were. Eventually the first person said they could do it, and gave us a rate of 2,5jt per month, with 3 months paid upfront. The pricing wasn't clear. They reminded me almost 10 times from the viewing through to the point when I was ready to pay that the rent had to be paid 3 months in advance, and that there was no guarantee it could be extended after that. It seemed they were pursuing daily guests, though daily stays don't give them steady income. Then, just as I was about to pay, they raised the monthly price to 3jt, saying it was because there were two of us. I had already come with my wife to view it, so why only mention that at payment time? The rooms are nice and new, but they're small. The location is somewhat tucked away, parking is adequate, and the building has 3 floors with no elevator. There are only 8 rooms and 1 villa.

It feels peaceful and comfortable here, and everything was clean. The room had a beautiful atmosphere that made me feel at home, with a lovely view as well. I'll stay here again next time. Thanks for your service, Grha Awen 😊👍
