The warm, home-like feel at Home 88 was what made our family’s five nights so enjoyable. The owner and staff were kind, helpful, and accommodating, and the rooms and bathrooms were comfortable, clean, and had plenty of hot water. Its spot on Jl. Kaliurang made it easy to get around Yogyakarta. We’d gladly recommend it to anyone wanting a welcoming, comfortable stay there.

The garden is a real treat, especially if you love orchids. It’s a quiet place, and the room was ready for us. Staff were friendly, and it has that feeling of being at home. They’re also working on adding more rooms at the back.

My room was quite small, but it was clean and pleasant. I especially liked the bathroom, which was spotless and nicely designed. The sheets were clean too, and the thick blankets kept me warm. It’s a very nice budget hotel, with a garden where guests can sit and enjoy some quiet.
