Peppers Seminyak

We had a great stay in the five-bedroom villa at Peppers Seminyak. It felt quiet despite being close to the action, and the complimentary shuttle to local Seminyak spots made getting around easy without arranging transport every time. The villa was stunning, spacious, and beautifully designed for a big group. Everyone had privacy, while the shared living space and pool were great for time together. The private pool was a highlight, and the outdoor areas were immaculate and peaceful. Bedrooms were generous and comfortable, and the bathrooms luxurious and spotless. Staff were friendly, attentive, and ready to help. Daily breakfast service and buggy transport around the resort made things easy. A relaxing, memorable Bali stay, especially for a large family or group.

The in-villa poolside massage was a treat, and housekeeping had the villa immaculate whenever we came back. The team also made Pete's 50th special with surprise balloons and a cake. We look forward to returning. We spent five nights in a sparkling, well-maintained three-bedroom, three-bathroom villa with a private pool. It suited three couples perfectly and felt like a comfortable home away from home, with modern conveniences including a Bluetooth speaker. The whole stay exceeded expectations, beginning with prompt, professional replies from the reservations and front office teams before we arrived. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Oka made in-villa dining attentive and entertaining, with his line, “everyday is okay with Oka.” At breakfast, Kris was happy to answer our questions, and Diantini always greeted us with a big smile and checked if we needed anything as we walked past the restaurant. The concierge team were fabulous, and we appreciated the buggy drop-offs. Ketut, Indra, and Satia were especially friendly and eager to help. It was nice to see the hotel supporting students like Satia with an introduction to hospitality.

Astini was so kind and attentive, and really made the stay better. The villa itself was clean, spacious, and peaceful, with a cozy feel and a private pool. I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely come back.

We had such an easy, relaxed stay at Peppers Resort Seminyak, with outstanding service from check-in onward. Wira and Wayan from concierge and bell services were friendly and helpful, making everything smooth from arrival to departure. Ashwini and Diantini in the restaurant were also wonderful, always warm, welcoming, and genuinely lovely. We visited in October with family and were upgraded to the three-bedroom Presidential Villa. It was far beyond what I expected, with loads of space and privacy, and was perfect for us. We're already looking forward to coming back in January.
