Hotel O Griya Mustika Syariah

I booked two rooms through Agoda because the listing and photos showed air conditioning and a bright blue swimming pool. The stay was a disaster. They made us pay before we could see the rooms. After leaving our luggage and going out to explore, we came back to find there was no air conditioner, even though it was listed as a main amenity. With the Indonesian heat and humidity, the room was nearly unbearable. The pool looked nothing like the photos. The water was greener than grass and seemed like a health hazard. I don’t think it should be advertised as a facility. When I showed the woman at the front desk the Agoda booking, which clearly listed those amenities, she was abrasive and rude. She wouldn’t acknowledge the mismatch or offer a solution. The property seemed poorly maintained, and the staff hostile. It felt like fake photos and false descriptions were used to lure guests in. Don’t waste your money, even if the price looks cheap. You’d be better off somewhere else.
