From check-in to checkout, there was nobody around to welcome or help us. Calls went unanswered and messages were ignored, so whoever manages this place seems to have no idea how to communicate or run it. We booked a mountain-view room with breakfast through Agoda, but got Room No. 8 beside a storage room, even though the listing says there are only 7 rooms. There was no breakfast, bottled water, towels, soap, or even the basic amenities. The information on Agoda was completely false. I've stayed in plenty of cheaper places, but this was the worst one I've ever stayed in. An absolute scam. Avoid it at all costs.

I only stayed one night because the place is so close to tlogo putri. The breakfast I'd booked wasn't provided, and the staff had no manners or sense of hospitality. I won't book this hotel again.
