The walls are too thick. Guests who get really loud can seriously disturb your rest.

The service was excellent. It’s in a quiet area not far from the city, and the rooms are big and cozy.

Cozy, relaxed, and laid-back.

I stayed two nights with my family in a family room, and it felt worth it. I won’t give the price, but even the regular rate without a promo seems very good. The room had AC, hot water, and a bathtub, and it felt like home with a modern touch. There’s a small pool that’s very comfortable, and the suburban surroundings are pleasant. Food nearby is easy: the soto stall across the way serves a lot more than soto, opens at 6 am, and stays open quite late. It’s cheap, tasty, and a safe bet for the kids. There’s an Indomart close by, laundry in front and next door, both cheap, and a well-stocked phone accessories shop nearby. Jejamuran restaurant is only five minutes away. A couple of things could be better. Parking is along the roadside, with a guard, but there’s no fence or much else to secure it, so I felt a bit wary. There’s no electric kettle in the room, which makes preparing formula or coffee awkward. You can order those ahead, but not having a kettle in a hotel feels strange. It’s also far from the city center if you want a villa close to everything in Jogja. I’m from Jogja city myself, though, and I really liked staying here.
