The service was terrible, and they offered no solution to the problem we had. I strongly recommend not staying here.

Traveloka showed a price of 73,000 Rupiah, but we were told to pay another 57,000 Rupiah. If the room costs 130,000 Rupiah, that should be the price shown in the app. And if it wasn't available, why could I still book it? It felt like a scam. The facilities are very limited. There was no closet, mirror, or clothes hanger in the room, and nowhere in the bathroom to hang a towel. There wasn't even a doormat in the room or outside the toilet.

We booked four rooms and were then told we needed to add two more. They also charged 50 thousand rupiah for a 9 year old child. The guard was rude and unfriendly, which made the whole thing even more annoying. Our room was small, with no wardrobe or mirror, and there was no water in the room or even a dispenser outside it. The toilet was cramped, and we got just one small towel. We had to enter through a dark side door. Paying 250 thousand rupiah for this was expensive, and I regret staying here.

We stayed for three days. Rates run from IDR 100,000 to IDR 130,000, and the room includes air conditioning, an en suite bathroom, and a TV. Free Wi-Fi is available on the second floor. Thank you.
