The Wi-Fi was promised but didn't work, and the router was kept in the manager's room. When residents complained, the manager got angry and told them to move out. He can apparently kick people out if he's in a bad mood. After less than two months, residents were already uncomfortable, and the manager didn't seem to care about their comfort, as if he assumed plenty of people would want to stay anyway. The cable TV is Palapa satellite service for eastern Indonesia, not Indihome or similar. For the service, the price is completely unjustified.
