Really comfortable.

The room was comfortable, with a soft bed, good AC, hot water, and fast Wi-Fi. The guards were friendly, and there was plenty of parking for both cars and motorbikes. It's easy to get to since it's right by the road, though it's quite far from Yogyakarta city. Ag*da prices are lower than booking directly through OY*, and you can only book through the app. The one thing I missed was a clothes closet, especially for a longer trip.
