They offer free Wi-Fi, breakfast, and airport transport, and it’s a very good place to stay. The main issue is communication, since they only speak Indonesian. We used Google Translate to talk with them, and I hope you can do the same. Also, on rainy days there’s no hot water for the whole day.

The service was good, and the location is near the main road. But the toilet floor in my room was broken, so it wasn't safe to walk on barefoot. I hope they repair it.

The room was in very bad shape, with dim lighting and moldy walls. When I asked for a room with brighter lights, the staff rudely said I couldn't switch because I'd booked through OYO. At check-in, the staff member was still playing a game on their smartphone while serving me. That felt very unprofessional.

At 6 am, an employee knocked on my door and tried to open it just to hand me breakfast. He pointed at the breakfast without a greeting or any friendly gesture. It was very rude. I needed privacy and sleep, and this ruined my rest. This is the worst service I’ve ever seen.

The place felt a little creepy. There was only half a bottle of mineral water, and no tea or coffee.
