I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The accommodation and management were both terrible. For the price, the facilities are limited, and checking out just 12 minutes late means paying cash. Even big hotels don’t do that. There was no warning before checkout time either. They should knock at least 30 minutes before 12, but they waited until 12 and knocked only once. What was that supposed to mean?

The receptionist was awful. I’d already checked in and paid, and I have proof, but just 10 minutes after I got into my room she banged loudly on the door and accused me of not paying. She didn’t say “excuse me,” “sorry,” or “thank you” at all. It felt unprofessional and like an intrusion on my privacy.

I was really bothered by how the receptionist treated visitors. He snapped his fingers to call a customer over, apparently just because our cover looked ordinary. He was skinny, white, short, had slightly protruding teeth, and was slow too. When we were about to leave, he asked to inspect the room first. We’re not “THIEVES.” If there’s a reason to check, they could do it after we leave, and there’s a WhatsApp number to contact us. Nobody can steal anything 😭 My TV and cellphone are expensive, and my cellphone also has AC.

It was quiet, cool, and comfortable, with a very clean room and no problems at all. The security guards are really enthusiastic about their work, though it’s a shame they have to work 24 hours with no shift change. Highly recommended for the price.
