The room itself was in poor shape. The sheets and pillowcases had yellow stains, and there were blue marks on the bathroom walls. The photos look promising, but the actual place fell far short of what I expected. The AC didn't cool properly: even set to 16 degrees, it only felt cool. There was Wi-Fi and Android TV, but those extras didn't help when I couldn't get a hot shower after a tiring trip. I arrived around 9:00 PM and got no hot water. I tried again at 7:00 AM and around 10:00 AM, waited over 10 minutes, and still nothing. At checkout, staff said guests had to wait 15-20 minutes and that the heater was turned off at night. The way they communicated this and handled the policy felt unfriendly and unprofessional. There was also a Rp 100,000 deposit, which I can understand, but it should have been clearly mentioned. Nobody explained the rules at check-in. If hot water was unavailable or limited, that should have been stated in the listing or explained from the start. I was tired and didn't want to make a fuss right away, but the stay was disappointing and not worth it.

I keep coming back whenever I'm in Jogja because it's so comfortable. The atmosphere is quiet, and you can walk to Rocket Chicken for snacks. There's also a food stall, another food stall, and laundry service right across the street. Hot water is always available, though sometimes you have to wait a little, but not long. Best accommodation 🫡🫡

For the price, the room was okay, but that mattress was awful and badly sagging. I couldn't sleep until 5 am, so I gave up and slept on the floor.

I always stay here when I visit Jogja. The service is good, and the rooms feel nice, comfortable, and homey. It's close to everything, including places to eat, so ordering through Shopeefood or Gofood is cheap too.

Everyone on staff is really friendly, and the rooms and the rest of the place are pretty satisfactory. The main thing for me is that the AC gets cold, haha.
