The staff were super friendly and brought us everything we asked for. The place is spotless, affordable, and really comfortable. It's in a quiet, leafy residential area, with hot water for showers and a pantry with a fridge. It's pretty central in Jogja, about 10-15 minutes from UGM or Tugu / Malboro. We ended up skipping two holiday plans because we liked staying in our comfy room so much 😂. Definitely coming back!

I forgot to take a photo, but the place has a really nice feel and was clean and comfortable. Hot water was available around the clock, which was great in the cold, rainy weather. There's plenty of parking space, and someone is there to keep an eye on vehicles. The price is affordable. I'd rate it 9/10, though getting to the city center takes 15-30 minutes.

I've stayed here twice. My first room was in good shape, but the second wasn't. I hope the owner keeps up with routine maintenance and fixes broken things in every room, like the AC, TV, or bed.

I spent one night here, and it met what I look for better than a few other places I've stayed. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the thick towel was clean, the staff were polite, and the area was peaceful. I do wish the bathroom had a sink and toilet paper. I'd recommend it.
