I spent four nights here with my family. Our room was spacious and clean, and breakfast had a wide buffet with lots of delicious choices. We had a small problem during our time in Yogyakarta, and the reception staff were very helpful in sorting it out. The hotel is lovely, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Great service.

The car park was full, and hot water didn't work from morning through the evening. There wasn't even a first aid kit for emergencies. For a four-star hotel, I expected these basic facilities and services to be available. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The Wi-Fi reaches all over the hotel, from rooms to the restaurant and cafe, which is especially useful on a business trip when you need to stay connected. The rooms and food are great, too. Very recommended, and you should try the manual brew.

My stay was wonderful and exceeded every expectation. Ino and Niken at the Dialogue Club and Lounge made it especially memorable with their warm hospitality. They're truly kind people. Thank you so much 🙏

The food was good, and I liked that there's also a meatball and ice cream shop. The hotel has several activities, including a complimentary buggy ride along Kaliurang road that visited several tourist attractions. It works well for either a formal corporate gathering or an informal family holiday.
