It really feels like being at home here. The place is clean and cozy, with a springbed, wardrobe, TV with lots of channels, and hot and cold water in the bathroom. Recommended.

The location is handy, with a food stall right in front of the boarding house and laundry nearby. The rooms come in different types, with an aesthetic look, and prices vary by room. There’s CCTV and plenty of parking, plus the housekeeper is awesome. Rooms are spacious and clean, and the shared kitchen is clean too. There’s a kitchen, and the facilities include a spring bed, wardrobe, table and chairs, small table, standing mirror, standing hanger, hot water, sink, toilet, and smart TV with Netflix. The most comfortable boarding house!

There’s a lot going for the place: the caretaker is friendly, it’s clean, the kitchen is large, WiFi is free, parking is ample, and there’s a washing machine and drying area. But the hot water is deliberately switched off, and we were told to boil water ourselves in the kitchen, haha. I bet these exclusive boarding houses are stingy with electricity. The WiFi is another problem. Around sunset in the evening it suddenly slows down, disappears, and gets unstable. Maybe it’s in economy mode, haha. Once everyone comes home, lots of people use the limited capacity and it gets sluggish. The CCTV is often down too, so please pay attention to it, boss. Hopefully management evaluates things going forward. When residents feel uncomfortable and the facilities don’t match the price, they move on. It’s a shame, since the place was busy before, but people have gradually disappeared.

The rooms are nice, the WiFi is fast, and there’s ample parking. The caretakers, both the ladies and gentlemen, are annoying, though. Management should pay more attention to them.
