The location works well, with places to eat, laundromats, and convenience stores nearby. The hotel itself is fine, and there’s a small pool. Our family room was a huge space combining two rooms, a living room, and one bathroom. It had three air conditioners, but only one remote, and the display was broken so I couldn’t tell the mode or temperature. With no ventilation, the air felt stale after we’d been out for the day. Breakfast was laughable, the same menu every day. Worse, my room was right by the biking athletes’ support area. I could hear them talking and training on static bikes, and they rode their bikes through the hallways, which made everyone uncomfortable.

The service was okay, and the simple breakfast was tasty. We paid 800 thousand for a family room with a sofa and TV in the guest house, a master bedroom, and a smaller room with two single beds. The decor felt quite old-fashioned, and when we arrived the room smelled damp, like it wasn’t used often. The AC in the other room was on but didn’t cool it down. I told the staff, but they only looked at it. Please pay more attention to room cleanliness.

The bathroom was dirty, the floor was dirty, and there were wasp nests on the walls. The toilet was broken and unusable during our stay, the sink tap wouldn’t turn on, and the water often shut off by itself. The shower couldn’t be adjusted to a properly hot temperature and couldn’t be used. I stayed one day with my family and was very disappointed. The room felt like a boarding house, the AC swing was broken and noisy, and the mattress was just a mattress rather than a proper bed mattress. There were lice in the sheets, which left my body itchy and red.

For about 300,000 Rupiah, the facilities and service seemed adequate to me. The room and bathroom were clean, and the AC worked well. Breakfast was basic but fair for the price. The room Wi-Fi needs improvement. I couldn’t connect to it at all.
