Villa Padi Cangkringan

The setting around the villa was nice, and the amenities were fairly complete. But the pool needed cleaning, one staff member was arrogant, and one shower handle was broken. One room had broken floor tiles covered with a PVC plastic carpet. For the same price, I think we could have found a better place with a better view.

It’s a clean place for relaxing, in a village near farmland, so the air seems quite clear. Some spots could be cleaner, though. I like the concept for team building or group activities. You can cook here, but need to bring your own utensils, and have a barbecue while some of the group swim.

The weather was good, with fresh air, lots of trees, and rice fields nearby. Parking felt safe, the area was good, and the hospitality was good too. But I found the place very dirty, and it seemed like the owner wasn’t maintaining the villa well. There were flies around us and our food day and night. The bathroom was very dirty, the water flow was weak, and the shower water was awful. We complained, but the technician couldn’t fix it. There was no hot water, even though it’s in a mountain area. The room and bathroom lights were dim. The land doesn’t seem very big for 4 buildings, and the place felt narrow. I hope you can fix these things to bring in more customers. The room was spacious, tidy, and very clean, and the price was definitely affordable. The pool was really nice, with a sawah view too. A surprising little gem. They could pay more attention to some details, like the breakfast menu and garden condition.
