Staying here with my little family and baby boy was a complete nightmare. We paid, but didn't stay.

A bad experience.

I liked it.

Disgusting. The mattress, blanket, and pillowcase had stains, so I complained. The manager said they'd been washed but the stains wouldn't come out. I couldn't know whether they'd really been washed, and asked them to take the bedding back. If I were the manager and a guest asked me that, would I believe an answer like that? They also told me that at that price I had to accept it. I said I'd stayed at Oyo Salatiga for less and it was much cleaner. They replied that Salatiga was different from Jogja. I asked when hotel cleanliness standards for mattresses started varying by city. In the end, the manager called me primitive. I checked out right away, and was called primitive again.
