The staff made us feel very welcome and gave great service. The location is strategic, close to the bus station, and there’s plenty of local food for sale around the hotel if you want to try something besides the hotel’s food. I got a price through Airyrooms that was cheaper than the published rate. There’s also a swimming pool inside.

The service was good, but they wouldn’t take responsibility if something of ours went missing from the room. I also noticed dust in two corners of the ceiling.

The service and rooms are very good, and the hotel is close to popular attractions around Solo Raya. Don’t hesitate to stay at Dynasty Style Hotel.

The good points: it’s easy to get around town by online transport, and it’s not too far from the airport or station. Breakfast tasted good, with an Indonesian buffet, warm coffee and tea, and simple toast with strawberry jam. The staff were friendly, and the room was nice and fairly clean, with working AC and hot water. Check-in and check-out times weren’t very flexible. You couldn’t arrive early or check out late. The place also needs a deep clean: the bathroom walls had hard water stains, and the towels and bedcover weren’t very white anymore and had stains. On the second morning, little flies were swarming over the bread. I’m not sure exactly what kind they were, but they put me off eating it.

The hotel looked old and a bit creepy, and the room could use some repairs. Still, the bed was great for resting. The breakfast portion was too small.
