There were supposed to be facilities in the room, but in practice they weren’t there. We had no towels, no hot water, and a TV that didn’t work. The place was dirty too. I was disappointed with the stay and won’t come back.

It’s fine if you only need somewhere to rest. The AC worked, the staff were friendly, and there was no deposit. Parking is limited, and the location doesn’t match the Google Maps listing. The mattress was soft, but the sheets and blanket seemed not to have been replaced and were stained. The TV, sink, toilet flush, and shower stall didn’t work, and there was no hot water. Only two towels and soap were provided. Prices can rise by 2-3 times when you book over a long weekend.

We got a corner room while travelling with a small child, and the air felt uncomfortable as soon as we arrived. Both the room and toilet were dirty, and it looked as though they hadn’t been cleaned. The sheets were dirty too. The price had gone up threefold and felt unreasonable. The staff were unfriendly, which was disappointing given Solo’s reputation for friendly residents, hehe. If I’d had another option, I wouldn’t have stayed.

There were mosquitoes all over the room. The cupboard and underside of the table were very dirty, and the TV didn’t work. The wooden chair in my room was broken, and there was no hot water. The room had an unpleasant aura.
