I was looking for a quiet place to work and soothe my soul, and this was just right. The view is stunning, the food wholesome and satisfying, and the staff were kind and helped with anything I needed. I met couples and families enjoying the place in their own ways, while there was still plenty of privacy. It’s a little out of the way, and there’s a walk to the cabins, but that gives you time to decompress and enjoy the beautiful, well-kept gardens. Their driver can help with travel needs and knows a lot about the area and local customs.

The forest around our room was enchanting, and my husband and I were blown away as soon as we arrived. We wanted something peaceful and a little magical, and this didn’t feel like a typical hotel at all. It was unforgettable. The staff were caring, friendly, and always checking whether we needed anything. Book a massage at night if you can, it was pure bliss. Ardy was our driver and went out of his way to help us. He was so dedicated and friendly, and meeting his family was a treat. They’re some of the warmest people we’ve met. We’d stay with them again if we return to Bali and would keep in touch. Calling it five stars doesn’t feel like enough. Highly recommended.

The team made us feel welcome and at ease from the moment we arrived, and their warmth stayed consistent throughout our visit. Ardy deserves a special thanks for driving us around and adapting patiently as our plans kept changing with the weather. His flexibility and positive attitude meant we could enjoy our stay without stress. Sebatu Paradise Villa feels like a peaceful hidden paradise, a beautiful place to rest and reconnect. We’re grateful for the experience and would recommend it to anyone after a serene getaway.

The staff were lovely, kind, helpful, and always smiling, and Sebatu Paradise Villa has a beautiful view and peaceful surroundings. But the room had a strong damp smell from the moment we arrived. The ceiling looked badly affected by moisture, with green patches, and the pillows and covers smelled unpleasant too. During the day there was no running water or working shower, and the washroom electricity wasn’t working properly. Even the cap on the bottle they provided smelled musty. We were on our honeymoon and wanted everything to feel special, so these problems were disappointing. We hope they get fixed, because the villa has potential and the staff made us feel welcome.

We planned to stay two nights at Sebatu Paradise Villa and added two more because we didn’t want to leave. The room was spotless, well equipped, and felt homely. What I’ll remember most is the incredible jungle view and waking up to all that greenery. The staff were so kind and helpful, and really went out of their way for us. It’s a lovely romantic escape in nature. We can’t recommend it enough and hope to come back.
