They leave a cafe menu in the room, but there's no way to place an order, so the hotel service is awful. The water wasn't hot, and there were no toiletries or coffee maker. The receptionist wasn't in the office and wasn't friendly when we tried to check in. They don't serve food or drinks, so the name should just be "Artana Bed". I could only find the place through Google Maps, since there's no sign. I really hope the service and room improve to match this rate.

The room had plenty of space, and the shower was pleasantly warm. We booked through Agoda at a good rate. When we got there, they had an extra blanket and towel available for us.

I booked for a Monday in low season, and I was the only guest in the hotel. For a basic bed-and-breakfast, I didn't expect a lot, but the price still didn't match the service. At that rate, it should have been much better.

The "barak kayu" rooms are roomy, but ours was dirty, with loads of spider webs inside. We paid 200k for the room.

There was no hot water, and the place wasn't very clean.
