I'm sorry to raise this here, but Ahmad Sanusi, the hotel supervisor, please settle the debt that's been overdue for two years. I've tried messaging the hotel number, but it seems to be blocked, and the chats haven't been answered or have become complicated. I'm still waiting for you to do the right thing.

The roads around here are very narrow, and this location really only makes sense if you're attending something at UIN. Everywhere else feels a bit far. My stay was a hassle: I was told to leave the key at reception when checking out, but after I reached the parking area, staff called to ask for it again. In the room, there was just one outlet, tucked awkwardly under the TV table and hard to reach. I had to ask for towels, and although I got brewed tea, there was no water or even tissue. Don't count on slippers or toiletries. Maybe they weren't ready because I booked at night, but I'm not sure.

It was okay apart from a couple of things: the AC didn't cool the room, and the tap wouldn't shut off properly. The room itself was clean. Finding the hotel was a little tricky since it's inside the UIN campus.

The night shift security staff weren't friendly and didn't seem willing to cooperate with guests.
