The best part was the friendly staff and good service. I stayed for two weeks and was generally satisfied. It’s a budget hotel, and the room was clean, with a TV, though it wasn’t very big. The bathroom was a little dirty and smelly, but that wasn’t a major problem for me. Mosquitos outside were the main nuisance. Keep your room door closed at night or you may spend the night hunting them. They offer traditional breakfast, meals, and drinks for an additional charge. Since the hotel is 'syariah', alcohol isn’t allowed. The entrance gate and reception are open only until 11PM, so if you expect to return later, let the staff know. They’ll keep one staff member awake to open the gate for you.

There were so many mosquitoes, and the room I was given was suddenly switched to a smaller one. It was ugly and unclean. The toilet had no water heater and the flush knob was broken. I was really disappointed with the service.

It’s an okay place to stay, but feels a little overpriced.

The staff were friendly, which helped since the ground-floor room beside the stairs was damp and had water stains on the walls. The floor, bathroom, sheets, and blankets all need better cleaning. There were quite a few mosquitoes, so shut the door right away. Still, it’s very handy if you’re just visiting.

It’s easy to find different kinds of food nearby, and there’s a canteen with affordable prices too. The parking area seemed fairly spacious, and the place is close to the bus terminal. I love it here.
