Green Urban Style Studio Room At Apartment Sudimara Forestwalk

Nice apartment. I’ll visit later.

It’s been almost a year and there still aren’t any supporting facilities, not even a pool or a garden. I understand the forestwalk concept, but the front lot is so overgrown that walking around is uncomfortable with all the insects and mosquitoes. The view from our unit is blocked by a garbage dump, too. Is this really how it’s meant to be? Even walking to Superindo is unpleasant, and from outside there’s little to make the apartment appealing. The promised amenities still aren’t there, which might be why the place is so quiet. I don’t know where to raise this, but management or the PP officials should read residents’ reviews and get the facilities sorted out. I was glad when the front lot was cleared because they said they’d make a garden, but they stopped and the weeds grew back even worse. Please stop making promises and finish the facilities.

The surroundings are pleasant, cool, and full of trees, and there’s a Super Indo just downstairs for shopping. Public transportation is easy to reach from this great location. It’s a new building, so some things are still unfinished, but that’s understandable.

The spot is handy for the mall, food places, and the nearby train station, and having a Super Indo inside is a plus. It feels like a cool little place amid the city rush. Our handover took a few delays because we were on a very high floor, but it finally happened. Thanks for the help, cooperation, and explanations along the way. Since the apartment is still new, I hope it keeps getting better.
