ATOOI Hotel Alam Sutera

The rooftop restaurant was my favorite spot. The view is nice, and although the menu is simple, breakfast is served and other basic dishes are available until 11 pm. After it closes, though, there's nothing like a soft drink or cake to enjoy up there. A vending machine would make a difference. The stay is basically like a bed and breakfast and feels worth the price. My room was simple but fairly spacious and clean, with soft pillows. It had basics like a toothbrush, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap, plus slippers, tissues, and bath towels. The hotel is close to the main street, but the noise doesn't carry into the room.

The rooms were clean and looked nice, and the location is really convenient. I tried a few things at breakfast, including fried rice and chicken with sauce, and everything was delicious. I don't think you'll regret staying here.

We paid in full for a non-smoking room, but at check-in they told us none were available anymore. What's the point of reserving if the room isn't actually secured? Giving a smoking room to guests who don't smoke is just not right. Even after cleaning and spraying, the smoke smell was still there. I could feel it in my throat. Non-smokers can be that sensitive to it.

The location is very convenient and the room was cozy, especially for an affordable price. My only small complaint is the bathroom floor, where water gets stuck and forms a puddle. Still, I had a very good stay.
